Life-Support Efficiency Surface (3D)
A real-time 3D Pareto surface over power and weight budgets: watch the operating-point marker slide across the scrubbing-capacity surface and intersect the target plane as you tune a spacecraft life-support system.
The 2D frontier chart shows one slice of this problem — the exact tradeoff curve for a single scrubbing target. This 3D companion renders the whole capacity surface at once: power and weight budgets form the ground plane, and height is the CO₂ removal rate that combination can actually achieve. A marker rides on the surface at your current design point, and a translucent target plane shows at a glance whether that point is above or below the mission's requirement — and exactly where, on the surface, it would need to move to just meet it.
Visualize the full capacity surface of space-life-support systems with a marker moving on the 3D mesh, intersecting a target plane.
