By accessing or using MySimulator.uk ("the Site", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

MySimulator.uk provides free, browser-based interactive simulations covering physics, mathematics, nature, astronomy, engineering and related scientific disciplines. All simulations run entirely client-side using WebGL and JavaScript — no account, registration or payment is required.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use MySimulator.uk for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers.
- Scrape, crawl or systematically download content in a way that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure.
- Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the site's content without permission, except as permitted under the MIT licence for code.
- Submit false, misleading or harmful information through the contact form.
Educational use, including classroom display, embedding via iframe and sharing links, is explicitly encouraged.
4. Intellectual Property
The source code of simulations published on MySimulator.uk is released under the MIT Licence, which permits free use, modification and redistribution provided the original copyright notice is retained.
Brand assets (the MySimulator.uk name, logo and visual design), written article content, and editorial content are copyright © 2025 MySimulator.uk and may not be reproduced commercially without explicit written permission.
Third-party libraries used on the site (Three.js, Cannon-es, etc.) are subject to their own respective licences.
5. Third-Party Content & Links
The site may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it. A link does not imply endorsement.
External libraries (Three.js, Cannon-es) are loaded from public CDNs (jsDelivr, unpkg). Their availability is outside our control.
6. Advertising
MySimulator.uk may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other advertising networks. These advertisements help us keep the site free. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Use of the site constitutes acknowledgement that advertisements may be shown.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed zero (£0), as the service is provided free of charge.
