Real organ-on-chip devices don't just move a smooth concentration front through their channels — individual drug molecules cross the porous membrane at discrete pores and get taken up by whichever epithelial cell happens to sit beneath them. This 3D simulator makes that discreteness visible: particles flow through a transparent blood channel above a porous membrane, and every particle that crosses is absorbed by the cell directly below, tinting that cell from healthy green toward saturated orange as its own uptake accumulates. Tune flow rate, membrane permeability and dose to see how uneven cell-by-cell absorption emerges from otherwise uniform flow.
