Real organ-on-chip devices don't just move a smooth concentration front through their channels — individual drug molecules cross the porous membrane at discrete pores and get taken up by whichever epithelial cell happens to sit beneath them. This 3D simulator makes that discreteness visible: particles flow through a transparent blood channel above a porous membrane, and every particle that crosses is absorbed by the cell directly below, tinting that cell from healthy green toward saturated orange as its own uptake accumulates.
