Information Cascade 3D Simulator

A 3D spiral of agent nodes, each one lighting up cyan or orange as their turn comes — watch the public-vote gauge cross the cascade threshold live and every later node snap-decide without ever checking its own private signal.

The same rational-herding process as the 2D version, rebuilt as a physical structure: agents are nodes on an outward-spiraling, rising queue, decided one at a time and lit grey until their turn. A central gauge column tracks the running public tally and visibly crosses a threshold ring the instant two net votes accumulate in one direction — from that point every later node snap-decides in the leading color without pausing to "consider," a live demonstration of agents rationally suppressing their own private signal once the crowd's choices already say enough. Orbit around the growing spiral to watch a cascade form, sometimes on the correct answer and sometimes, just from an unlucky early draw, on the wrong one.

⚙ Under the hood

A spiral of agent-nodes visually forms and locks onto a decision, demonstrating how rational herding can lead to misinformation in a group.
