The same rational-herding process as the 2D version, rebuilt as a physical structure: agents are nodes on an outward-spiraling, rising queue, decided one at a time and lit grey until their turn. A central gauge column tracks the running public tally and visibly crosses a threshold ring the instant two net votes accumulate in one direction — from that point every later node snap-decides in the leading color without pausing to "consider," a live demonstration of agents rationally suppressing their own private signal once the crowd's choices already say enough. Orbit around the growing spiral to watch a cascade form, sometimes on the correct answer and sometimes, just from an unlucky early draw, on the wrong one.
