Process Analytical Technology depends on a spectroscopic calibration model translating a raw signal into a live quality reading — but that model is only as good as its last calibration. This simulator runs a continuous stream of synthetic spectra through a simple univariate calibration, letting the instrument baseline drift away from the calibrated intercept exactly the way raw-material variability and sensor fouling do on a real line. Watch the amber prediction trace separate from the true green concentration as bias accumulates, track RMSEP and bias live, then pull a noisy reference lab sample and recalibrate to snap the model back into agreement — the same maintain-and-update cycle real PAT programs run under ICH Q8–Q10 to keep in-line sensors trustworthy.
