A swarm of 320 nanobots self-organizes into a chosen target shape using nothing but local feedback control, short-range repulsion and thermal noise — no central controller ever broadcasts a global plan. Each agent independently steers toward its own assigned target slot while pushing away from nearby neighbors, the same distributed control principle used in real swarm-robotics shape formation and directed nanoscale self-assembly. Switch between sphere, torus, cube and helix targets, tune the feedback gain, thermal noise and repulsion strength, and hit "Disrupt swarm" to scatter every agent and watch the identical local rules re-assemble the structure on their own — a live demonstration of self-healing distributed control.
