Allostatic Load Timeline 2D: Stress Recovery Strip Chart
2D companion to the 3D Allostatic Load Simulator: the same stressor/recovery kinetics across five biomarkers, plotted as a scrolling strip chart of load and disease-risk over time instead of an orbiting 3D scene, so you can read the accumulation curve directly.
This is the 2D companion to the 3D Allostatic Load Simulator: the same stressor-and-recovery kinetics across five physiological biomarkers (cortisol, blood pressure, heart-rate variability, inflammation and glucose), rendered as a scrolling strip chart instead of an orbiting 3D scene. Stressor events push each marker off its set-point; between events they relax back toward baseline at a rate set by your recovery and sleep-quality sliders. Whenever stressors arrive faster than the system can relax, the unresolved surplus accumulates as allostatic load — and here you watch that accumulation directly as a line climbing (or falling) over time, alongside a live disease-risk curve and a row of damage-threshold ticks that light up one by one as load crosses them, the same cumulative-wear idea as the 3D sim's tissue shell but read off a timeline instead of a rotating camera.
