Pediatric Growth Percentile Tracker

Pediatricians track a child's growth against reference percentile bands, not fixed thresholds — a measurement is only meaningful relative to where it falls among the 3rd-to-97th percentile spread for that age and sex. This 2D simulator renders five percentile curves (weight-, height- or BMI-for-age) on a flat clinical-style chart built from a Jenss–Bayley growth-curve model, lets you record a child's own measurements at any age, and computes the live z-score, percentile rank and growth velocity between visits exactly the way a clinical growth-chart review does.
