Five UK bee-forage tree groups — willow, cherry & plum, apple/pear/crab apple, hawthorn and lime — bloom across the spring and summer on their real flowering calendars, each rendered as a 3D canopy whose blossom density rises and falls with a Gaussian bloom curve. Scrub or play through the season and a stochastic frost model strikes on some mornings, its probability weighted toward February–April and fading out by May; any species in bloom that day loses a permanent share of its remaining flowers. Live readouts track today's frost risk, how many species are currently flowering, and the season's cumulative forage index against its frost-free potential, showing why an early cold snap can devastate an orchard's fruit set while barely touching midsummer lime.
