Biofabricated Meat Lab (2D) — Cultured-Meat Bioreactor Kinetics

2D companion simulator: a flat cross-section bioreactor where a disc of cultured-meat cells expands outward from a central scaffold ring, driven by the same logistic growth and Monod-kinetics equations as the 3D lab.

The 3D original renders a stirred-tank bioreactor with a rotating spheroid of cells packed on a Fibonacci-sphere lattice. This 2D companion drives the identical logistic-growth and Monod-kinetics equations — mu = mu_max × Monod(growth factor) × Monod(O₂) × Gaussian(temperature) — but draws it as a flat cutaway: a disc of cells expands from a central scaffold ring as the population grows, with a spinning paddle icon standing in for the impeller.

A 2D companion to the 3D Biofabricated Meat Lab: the same logistic growth + Monod-kinetics formulas driving a flat expanding-disc cell culture instead of a rotating 3D spheroid.
