🔄 3D Organ-on-Ice Cryopreservation Vitrification

The donor organ, its perfused vasculature, free water and cryoprotectant molecules, ice-crystal nucleation and the vitrified glass matrix rendered as real orbitable Three.js/WebGL geometry — the same ice-risk and post-thaw viability math as the 2D original, now explorable from any angle in three dimensions.

⚙ Under the hood

A real 3D cryopreservation scene: the donor organ is an orbitable ellipsoid volume, its cannulated vascular tree is built from Three.js tube geometry branching through the tissue exactly where a perfusion cannula would enter, and a shell of 64 tissue cells is laid out over the organ surface with a fibonacci-sphere distribution so no two cells overlap. Free-water and cryoprotectant molecules are pooled as up to 90 individually driftable spheres each, ice crystals render as faceted icosahedra that tumble to show real 3D geometry instead of a flat sprite, and the vitrified glass matrix is a translucent shell whose opacity eases toward the same ice-risk value the 2D engine computes. Nanowarming iron-oxide particles pulse their emissive intensity to show inductive RF heating in the rewarming stage, and the Ice Crystal Formation, Vitrification State, Organ Temperature and Post-Thaw Viability readouts are an unmodified port of the 2D model's formulas — identical numbers, now read off a live 3D HUD instead of a canvas overlay.
