Life-Support Crisis Triage Simulator
Interactive triage simulator: several life-support faults fail at once on a space station and your crew can only fix one at a time. Compare manual picks, severity-first and earliest-deadline-first (EDF) scheduling to see how choosing the flashiest problem lets a quieter one turn fatal.
Spacecraft life-support faults rarely arrive one at a time — a real crisis is several subsystems degrading together while a small crew has to decide, in seconds, which one to fix first. This simulator spawns independent oxygen, CO₂-scrubber, pressure, water-recycler, thermal and power faults, each with its own severity and its own hidden countdown to becoming unrecoverable. Assign crew manually, or switch on severity-first or earliest-deadline-first auto-triage, and watch station integrity diverge depending purely on which fault gets picked first — not on how many faults there are.
Manage a series of life support system failures under time pressure using Manual/Severity-first/Deadline-first strategies. Miss repairing a quiet fault and it could become fatal.
