This is an agent-based model of the interpersonal side of long-duration spaceflight: a small crew orbiting a shared habitat ring, each member carrying an individual morale value and a pairwise cohesion score with every other crewmate. Random interaction events resolve into either a bonding moment or a conflict, with the odds set by a mission-stress function built from three real, well-documented drivers of crew friction — habitat crowding, Earth communication delay, and the "third-quarter phenomenon" mood dip observed in Antarctic winter-overs and Mars-analog isolation missions such as Mars-500. Drag the sliders to compress the crew into a smaller habitat, push the comm delay out to Mars distance, or fast-forward through a full mission and watch the cohesion network — and each astronaut's height above the ring — respond in real time.
