This simulator visualizes the ADD large-extra-dimensions model as a pannable, zoomable 2D cross-section: a 3-brane carrying every particle of the Standard Model runs along the horizontal axis, while one representative compact bulk dimension of size R runs along the vertical axis. Gravitational field lines from a source mass spread isotropically through the full bulk close-in, then get corralled back into the brane once they travel farther than R — the mechanism string theory and its brane-world cosmology invoke to explain why gravity is so much weaker than the other forces. Drag the number of extra dimensions, their compactification size, the source mass and a probe distance to watch the measured force ratio and local power-law exponent interpolate live between the deep short-range 1/r^(n+2) law and ordinary 4D 1/r² Newtonian gravity, tracked simultaneously on a log-log force-ratio curve.
