A "virtual lesion" is how computational neuropsychology studies brain damage without harming anyone: take a network model of interconnected brain regions, knock out or weaken a node, and measure how far the network's ability to route signal between task-relevant areas collapses. This simulator builds a schematic 14-region connectome — thalamic relay, fronto-parietal attention hubs, the hippocampal memory loop, and the Broca–Wernicke language pathway — and lets you lesion any region at any severity. Task performance for Attention, Memory or Language is computed live from the graph's global efficiency restricted to that task's critical regions, and a stimulate button sends a real propagating signal pulse through the remaining pathways so you can see, not just read, where a lesion cuts communication.
