Self-Replicating Nanorobot Population Control (2D)

2D companion to the 3D self-replicating nanorobot simulator: the same resource-coupled logistic growth and kill-switch physics, read off a live swarm map, a population-vs-time curve and a resource-depletion chart.

This is the 2D counterpart to the 3D self-replicating nanorobot scene, computing the identical resource-coupled logistic growth model through flat analytic views instead of a rendered swarm: a packed 2D dot map showing the colony's live footprint and kill-switch state, a scrolling population-vs-time strip chart, and a resource-depletion strip chart. Tune the replication rate, carrying capacity and resource consumption to watch the colony boom, plateau or overshoot its substrate, then activate the kill-switch and dial in just enough apoptosis to bring runaway growth back under control, all driven by the same dN/dt = r·N·(1−N/K) − s·N model as the 3D version.
