This simulator renders a 3D field of tissue built from real instanced geometry and lets you dial nuclear atypia up and down, watching the nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio climb, mitotic figures appear in magenta, and the live Nottingham (Elston–Ellis) grade — the same three-factor score used on real pathology reports — update in real time. Switch between the four basic tissue architectures from histology (epithelial, connective, muscle, nervous) to see how each organizes its cells differently.
