Antibody neutralization isn't instant or all-or-nothing — it is a reversible chemical reaction governed by the law of mass action. This simulator tracks a population of antigen molecules, each independently binding and unbinding an antibody pool according to the association rate constant kon and dissociation rate constant koff. Together those set the dissociation constant Kd = koff/kon, the standard measure of antibody affinity. Tune kon, koff and antibody concentration to see how affinity and dosing combine to determine what fraction of antigen ends up neutralized at equilibrium, and how quickly the system gets there.
