Pneumoperitoneum Pressure-Volume & Hemodynamics (2D)

2D pressure-volume and hemodynamic model of laparoscopic CO2 insufflation: drive an insufflator controller against an abdominal-wall compliance curve, watch a live P-V loop and a scrolling pressure/venous-return strip chart, and see exactly when rising intra-abdominal pressure starts compressing venous return.

This is the 2D companion to the 3D pneumoperitoneum insufflation simulator, built on the same elastance, controller and venous-return equations but rendered as instrumentation instead of a 3D cavity: a live pressure-volume loop traced against the abdominal wall's compliance curve, and a scrolling strip chart of pressure and venous return over time. Adjust flow rate, target pressure, trocar leak and patient compliance, trigger an instrument-exchange leak spike, and watch exactly where the P-V loop sits on the compliance curve and when the two strip-chart traces cross into impaired venous return.
