🎄 Puff-Pastry Christmas Tree: Lamination Layers and Steam Rise Lab

Fold and roll a dough and butter block to multiply its layers (2^n or 3^n), cut and twist a chocolate-nut pastry tree, then bake it: steam pressure from water pushes the layers apart, so more layers and cool butter give a tall flaky tree, warm butter a flat one.
