A smart city isn't one gadget, it's a closed loop: sensors measure what's really happening, an optimizer decides, and an actuator acts — then the loop measures again. This simulation puts three of those loops side by side on one street grid: traffic signals that read live queue length instead of running a fixed clock, streetlamps that dim when nobody is near instead of burning at full brightness all night, and a waste-collection truck that chases the fullest bin instead of driving a blind fixed route.
