This simulator models a xenobiotic entering through inhalation, ingestion or dermal contact, distributing between a blood compartment and a fatty-tissue compartment, and leaving through metabolic clearance — the same two-compartment first-order kinetics environmental toxicologists use to describe how persistent lipophilic pollutants like PCBs, dioxins and PFAS build up in tissue over chronic, repeated exposure. Instanced particles stream from the chosen exposure route into the bloodstream and settle into the fat depot at a rate set by the toxicant's lipophilicity, while live readouts track blood concentration, accumulated body burden and the compartment's elimination half-life as the exposure runs.
