Spatial multi-omics turns a tissue section into a map of individually typed cells, and the central question pathologists ask of that map is not "how many" but "who sits next to whom." This simulator generates a synthetic multiplexed tissue section — tumor, T-cell, macrophage and stroma cells positioned as an instanced 3D point cloud — lets you dial the immune infiltration fraction and how strongly T-cells cluster around the tumor margin, and then runs a real label-permutation neighborhood-enrichment test on the resulting spatial graph, exactly the statistic used to call a tumor "immune-inflamed" versus "immune-excluded" from real spatial-omics data.
