Spatial Neighborhood Enrichment Explorer (2D)

Interactive 2D top-down simulator of spatial neighborhood-enrichment analysis on a multiplexed tissue section: pan and zoom a live tumor/T-cell/macrophage/stroma map, build a spatial graph and run a real label-permutation test with a live null-distribution histogram.

Spatial multi-omics turns a tissue section into a map of individually typed cells, and the central question pathologists ask of that map is not "how many" but "who sits next to whom." This 2D top-down companion generates the same synthetic multiplexed tissue section — tumor, T-cell, macrophage and stroma cells — lets you pan and zoom the field by hand, dial the immune infiltration fraction and T-cell clustering strength around the tumor margin, and then runs a real label-permutation neighborhood-enrichment test on the resulting spatial graph, with the null distribution drawn live as a histogram so the z-score's meaning is visible, not just numeric.
