🧬 DNA Melting & Base-Pair Hydrogen Bonds

Interactive 3D DNA double-helix chemistry: real base pairing through hydrogen bonds (A=T two bonds, G≡C three bonds), temperature-driven melting/denaturation and cooling/renaturation, tunable GC content and a live melting-curve plot with the Tm marker.

⚙ Under the hood

3D double helix built from real nucleotide chemistry: sugar-phosphate backbone, A/T/G/C bases paired through hydrogen bonds (A=T 2 bonds, G≡C 3 bonds). A temperature slider drives thermal denaturation (melting) and cooling drives renaturation; a GC-content slider shifts the Wallace-rule Tm, tracked live on a sigmoid melting-curve plot.
