🍯 Honey Quality Control Lab
Run simulated HMF, moisture-content and pollen-analysis tests on a 3D honey sample and see pass/fail quality thresholds highlighted on the lab bench.
A 3D lab bench where a honey jar, an HMF colorimetric test tube, a refractometer and a microscope's pollen field respond live to three real chemical and microbiological quality-control parameters.
🔬 What It Demonstrates
How hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), moisture content and pollen density are used together to certify honey as fresh, safe from fermentation, and free from filtration-based adulteration.
🎮 How to Use
Drag the HMF, moisture and pollen sliders — or pick a sample preset — and watch the jar colour, test-tube reagent, refractometer readout and microscope field update, with status lights flipping green, amber or red against real thresholds.
💡 Did You Know?
Because HMF rises predictably with heat and age, a suspiciously low HMF paired with a very thin pollen spectrum is itself a classic sign of professionally refined, adulterated honey.
