Human core body temperature is held near 37 °C by a hypothalamic negative-feedback loop: a rise above setpoint triggers sweating and vasodilation to shed heat, a drop below setpoint triggers shivering and vasoconstriction to conserve and produce it. This 3D simulator renders the loop on an instanced-panel figure whose skin color and outward flush track vasomotor tone in real time, with physically simulated sweat droplets falling from the torso under gravity when the sweat effector activates and a visible shiver-jitter when the cold effector dominates. Orbit the camera around the figure and adjust ambient temperature, exercise heat load, clothing insulation and effector sensitivity to see how each reshapes the body's balance point and how a fever offset forces the loop to defend a different target.
