Precision Medicine Simulator
Interactive precision medicine simulator: scan a rotating DNA helix for risk variants to build a polygenic risk score, then watch how a patient's metabolizer genotype and precision-adjusted dosing keep a drug's blood concentration inside its therapeutic window.
Precision medicine replaces one-size-fits-all treatment with decisions tailored to an individual's genome: genomic sequencing surfaces risk variants that roll up into a polygenic risk score, while pharmacogenomic testing reveals how a patient's own enzymes will metabolize a given drug. This simulator visualizes both halves of that picture — a rotating DNA helix whose red markers represent risk variants contributing to the score, alongside a live pharmacokinetic chart showing a drug's blood concentration over time. Switch precision dosing on and off while changing the simulated patient's metabolizer genotype to see why the same standard dose can be toxic for a poor metabolizer and ineffective for an ultra-rapid one, and how genotype-aware dosing brings both back into the therapeutic window.
