Snowstorm: Wind, Visibility & Drift Accumulation

2D snowstorm simulator: wind-driven snow particles reduce visibility and pile into drifts against an obstacle, controlled by wind speed and snow density sliders.

This is the 2D companion to the 3D snowstorm simulator: a top-down canvas view of the same wind-driven snow physics, focused on two measurable effects a blizzard produces — how far you can see, and where the snow actually piles up. Thousands of flakes fall and drift under a controllable wind, visibility drops as the air fills with blowing snow, and settled snow migrates downwind until it meets the fence post, building a real drift on its windward side while the open ground stays thin.
