Space station modules built by different agencies don't run separate air on separate schedules — Inter-Module Ventilation fans physically tie the US, Russian and partner segments into one shared atmosphere loop. This simulator models three connected compartments (a NASA lab with a CDRA CO₂ scrubber, a passive node hub, and a Roscosmos segment with a Vozdukh scrubber) as a real compartmental mass-balance system: crew respiration adds carbon dioxide, each agency's scrubber removes it from its own module, and the IMV fan flow you control exchanges air between neighbours. Switch either scrubber off and watch whether the interconnected ventilation — cooperation, mechanically — keeps the whole station under the 5.3 mmHg alarm limit or lets it climb.
