When a spacecraft hull is punctured, cabin air escapes into vacuum through choked compressible flow — the exit velocity is pinned at the local speed of sound regardless of how low the cabin pressure falls, which makes the pressure decay an exact exponential in time. This simulator integrates that real gas-dynamics law live: set the breach diameter, cabin volume, starting pressure and discharge coefficient, then trigger the breach and watch a 3D cabin of air particles thin out as pressure, mass flow rate and elapsed time update every frame. A live Time of Useful Consciousness readout — drawn from real hypoxia physiology tables — shows exactly how many seconds a crew member has to reach a pressure suit before a given breach becomes unsurvivable.
