ECLSS Integration Test Bench (2D Network View)

Interactive 2D network-diagram simulator for spacecraft life-support (ECLSS) integration testing: activate subsystems one, two, three or all four at a time on a draggable interface graph and watch faults appear only once coupled subsystems are tested together, never at the unit level.

Spacecraft life-support integration testing climbs through levels for a reason: interface faults between subsystems are physically invisible until those subsystems are actually run together. This 2D companion renders the four ECLSS subsystems — O₂ generation, CO₂ scrubbing, water recovery and the shared power/thermal bus — as a draggable, zoomable interface graph with all six possible pairwise edges drawn between them, using the same fixed per-subsystem load plus pairwise coupling term as the 3D version. Toggle any combination to move from a unit test through pair, subsystem-group and full-system tests, tune the coupling strength and the reserved design margin, then run the test to watch resource-flow particles animate along every active edge and pass or fail against bus capacity — with a coverage matrix below the graph tracking exactly which interfaces have been exercised, and which of those faulted.

⚙ Under the hood

2D network-diagram companion to the 3D ECLSS integration test bench: activate spacecraft life-support subsystems one, two, three or all four at a time on a draggable, zoomable interface graph and watch faults emerge only once coupled subsystems are tested together, never at the single-subsystem level, with a live coverage matrix tracking every interface pair.
