3D Asch Conformity Room Simulator

This 3D reconstruction places you inside Solomon Asch's 1951 conformity room: a horseshoe of confederate figures faces a display board, and one by one they call out the same obviously wrong comparison line before the lone subject — standing at the end of the row — must give an answer. The subject's posture and colour visibly waver as the group's unanimous pressure builds, and the outcome of each trial is sampled from Asch's own published error rates for the selected group size, not an invented probability. A bank of floating bars behind the room renders that published curve in three dimensions, with a marker tracking the bar for whatever group size you have dialled in, so you can watch the live simulation converge on real experimental data as trials accumulate.
