🧭 Navigation Lab: Inertial Drift, GNSS Satellite Geometry (DOP) and Kalman Fusion

Strapdown INS drift versus GNSS fixes with satellite geometry (DOP) fused by an error-state Kalman filter, with tunnels, urban canyons and space weather as natural outage causes.

⚙ Under the hood

Full strapdown INS drift (accelerometer and gyro bias, Schuler oscillation) fused with GNSS pseudorange fixes whose accuracy depends on satellite geometry (DOP) by a 15-state error-state Kalman filter, with tunnels, urban canyons and space weather as natural outage causes. Unlike the catalogue's 2-D GPS trilateration and scalar Kalman filter demos, this lab runs a real INS mechanisation against a Walker 24-satellite constellation and checks itself with in-page experiments (drift formulas, Schuler period, DOP, filter consistency).
