A teleoperated robotic arm runs repeated VR reach-and-touch drills, and its completion time and reach error fall along the power law of practice — the same curve documented for real psychomotor skill acquisition, from surgical VR training to flight simulators. Set the task difficulty and feedback modality (no feedback, visual-only, or haptic-assisted) and watch trial time, hit rate and a running skill-retention score converge as the trainee's effective trial count climbs; the "skip a day" control applies an Ebbinghaus forgetting step so you can see how quickly an undertrained versus well-trained operator regresses between sessions. The arm itself is a real 2-link manipulator solved with closed-form planar inverse kinematics on every trial.
