A procedurally generated ceramic artifact sits on a turntable while a two-link robotic arm holds a scan head at a fixed radius, sweeping through six elevation bands. As the turntable spins, every surface point that falls inside the scanner's field-of-view cone and faces the sensor is captured into a growing point cloud. Once a full revolution completes at one elevation, a greedy next-best-view controller jumps the arm to whichever remaining band still hides the most unscanned surface — the same coverage-planning idea used by real museum digitization rigs to reconstruct fragile artifacts without ever touching them.
