Beyond the Standard Model — SUSY, Extra Dimensions & GUT Unification
Interactive 3D explorer for physics beyond the Standard Model: toggle between a SUSY superpartner lattice, a compactified extra dimension with Kaluza-Klein modes, and a running-coupling grand-unification chart, all driven by a shared energy-scale slider.
A 3D explorer for three of the leading hypotheses about physics beyond the Standard Model. The SUSY view lays out every quark, lepton and boson beside its hypothetical superpartner and fades them in once the energy slider crosses the SUSY-breaking scale. The extra-dimensions view visualizes a compactified geometry and the Kaluza-Klein excitation tower that a higher-energy probe would resolve. The GUT view runs the three gauge couplings with one-loop renormalization-group equations and plots them on a log-energy chart, showing the classic near-miss for the plain Standard Model and the near-perfect meeting point once superpartners are added to the loops.
3D Standard Model particle lattice (quarks, leptons, bosons) with three switchable BSM scenarios: SUSY superpartners that fade in above the ~1 TeV breaking scale, a compactified extra dimension with a Kaluza-Klein excitation tower, and a one-loop renormalization-group chart of the three gauge couplings nearly meeting near 2x10^16 GeV. A shared energy-scale slider drives all three views.
