🧪 Environmental Systems Management Simulation with Fixed Simulation Loop

This simulation explores how ecosystems respond to human-induced changes by allowing users to model complex interactions between pollutants, resources, and natural systems, focusing on the principles of environmental management. The Simulate button previously had no guard at all against re-entry, so clicking it more than once (or switching systems while it ran) stacked multiple concurrent update timers and silently sped up the simulation; the loop is now tracked and cleared properly so it always runs at the intended single speed.
