Jellyfish Simulator (2D)

This 2D canvas simulator reimplements the mechanics of a bioluminescent jellyfish swimming in dark ocean water: each bell contracts and relaxes on a sine-driven pulse, jetting water downward to push the animal forward exactly like real jet propulsion, while nine independently swaying tentacles hang from the rim on a lightweight Verlet chain and marine snow drifts past in the background. Adjust the population, bell size and pulse speed, pick one of four glow colors, and click anywhere in the water to drop a morsel of food that every jellyfish will swim toward.
