PSMA-PET Theranostic Pairing — 3D

Interactive 3D model of PSMA-PET theranostic pairing: diagnostic and therapeutic radioligands drift through a bloodstream toward a PSMA-overexpressing tumor cluster and bind receptors, the same probability model as the 2D original, rendered in genuine 3D space with orbit controls.

This is the 3D companion to the PSMA-PET Prostate Cancer Theranostic Pairing simulation. Diagnostic (Ga-68/F-18) and therapeutic (Lu-177/Ac-225) radioligands drift through a bloodstream region and bind PSMA receptors on a tumor cell cluster with the same per-frame probability formula as the 2D original — 0.02 × psma — now rendered as genuine orbitable 3D geometry rather than a flat canvas. Injected Activity and Therapy Cycle sliders feed the identical cumulative-dose and response-factor equations, so the two versions stay numerically in sync while looking completely different.

⚙ Under the hood

Diagnostic and therapeutic radioligands drift through a 3D bloodstream and bind PSMA receptors on a tumor cell cluster — the same per-frame binding probability (0.02 × psma) and cumulative-dose formula as the 2D PSMA-PET Theranostic Pairing simulation, now walked around with orbit controls in genuine 3D space.
