How it works

Each tumor cell has a hidden PSMA expression level that sets its per-frame binding probability with a passing radioligand. A ligand drifting through the bloodstream zone binds a nearby cell with probability:

bind_prob = 0.02 * psma_i   (per frame, within receptor range)

the identical formula used by the 2D PSMA-PET original — only the ligand's motion and the cell cluster are now genuine 3D geometry you can orbit around. Therapeutic ligands (Lu-177/Ac-225 stages) that bind emit short radiating tracks representing beta/alpha decay depositing dose in the tumor.

Injected Activity (2–12 GBq) and Therapy Cycle (1–6) both feed the same cumulative dose formula as the original: dose = clamp(cycle · activity · 0.7, 0, 60) Gy.
Advancing past Stage 4 (Lu-177 therapy) shrinks the surviving cell count by the same response-factor curve as the 2D model: 1 − cycle · 0.13, clamped to [0.15, 1] — visible directly as fewer glowing lesions orbiting the hub as cycles progress.
The 3D scene places the tumor as a cell cluster on one side and the circulating bloodstream as a particle stream on the other, exactly mirroring the left/right split of the 2D canvas, but now with full camera orbit and depth.
