Ore Reconciliation 2D: Model vs. Measured Tonnage & Grade
Interactive 2D mine-to-mill reconciliation simulator: mine ore blocks one by one, compare the block model's predicted tonnage and grade against dilution-, ore-loss- and bias-corrected measured values, and watch the tonnage, grade and metal reconciliation factors converge (or drift) toward 100% in real time.
A live 2D mine-to-mill reconciliation simulator built around the discrepancy every mining operation has to account for: what the block model predicted before a block was mined versus what the truck scales and plant assays actually measured afterward. Sliders for dilution, ore loss and block-model bias let you push the two apart in realistic ways — diluting waste rock into the ore stream lowers grade and raises tonnage, ore left behind lowers tonnage, and a systematically biased model shifts the reconciliation factors away from 100% in whichever direction the bias points. A scrolling bar chart compares modeled and measured tonnage period by period, and a trend chart tracks the cumulative tonnage, grade and metal reconciliation factors against a 100% reference line so you can see, not just read, how mining decisions ripple through to the numbers a reconciliation team reports every period.
