This 2D top-down simulator renders a macrophage patrolling a bloodstream-like compartment of circulating nanoparticles, each accumulating a serum protein corona in real time and each carrying its own dose of CD47 "don't-eat-me" peptide. On every close contact the macrophage rolls a probabilistic phagocytosis decision driven by a logistic checkpoint model of the corona's opsonin load against the CD47–SIRPα signal, exactly the balance nanomedicine engineers tune with PEGylation and CD47-mimetic coatings to keep therapeutic nanoparticles in circulation long enough to reach their target. A live rate strip-chart and score histogram sit alongside the arena so the steady-state clearance behaviour is visible at a glance, not just inferred from a single number.
