Nanofactory Assembly Line: Brownian Docking & Quantum Defect Correction (2D)
Interactive 2D side-view nanoscale assembly line: feedstock blocks dock onto the lattice via Arrhenius thermal kinetics, a WKB quantum-tunneling probability injects lattice defects, and an entangled sensor pair with a repair arm tries to catch them before shipping. Drag to pan, scroll to zoom.
This 2D side-view companion to the 3D nanofactory simulator strips the production line down to a single lane so the same underlying physics — Arrhenius thermal docking, WKB quantum-tunneling defects and entangled-sensor error correction — can be read at a glance while you pan and zoom freely along the conveyor. Feedstock blocks travel past a bonding gate governed by Arrhenius kinetics, through a fabrication zone where a WKB tunneling probability can inject a lattice defect, and past an entangled sensor pair whose scan efficiency decides whether that defect gets caught by the repair arm or ships anyway. Tune temperature, tunneling barrier width, sensor efficiency and line speed and watch yield, throughput and the live docking/tunneling probabilities respond exactly as the underlying formulas predict.
