Drug nanocapsulation packages an active pharmaceutical ingredient inside a nanoscale lipid or polymer shell to protect it, improve solubility and control when and how fast it reaches the body. This simulator models the release side of that story: the loaded drug diffuses out across the shell following Fick's law, plotted live as a cumulative release curve. Adjust shell thickness, temperature and the surrounding pH to see how a stimulus-responsive shell can hold a payload at physiological pH and then burst-release it once it senses an acidic tumor or endosomal environment.

⚙ Under the hood

Simulate a deterministic bulk drug-release process where the rate of release is triggered by changes in pH, integrated into a cumulative-release curve.
