Recombinant Protein Production Line
Interactive biopharmaceutical manufacturing simulator: insert a therapeutic-protein gene into a host cell, watch it express in a stirred-tank bioreactor, and follow the product through affinity chromatography purification, with bioreactor temperature, pH and culture duration tunable in real time.
Biopharmaceutical manufacturing turns a living cell into a factory for a molecule it would never make on its own. This simulator walks a batch of host cells through the same three stages used in real industrial production: a plasmid carrying the therapeutic-protein gene is inserted into the host, the transformed cells are expanded and induced to express the target protein inside a stirred-tank bioreactor, and the harvested broth is purified through an affinity-chromatography column that separates the target from host-cell impurities. Tune bioreactor temperature, pH and culture duration before starting a run and watch how far they push the final titer (g/L) and purity (%) of the purified product.
Insert a therapeutic-protein gene into a CHO host cell via plasmid transformation, watch it express inside a stirred-tank bioreactor, then follow the harvested broth through affinity-chromatography purification. Tune bioreactor temperature, pH and culture duration and watch final titer (g/L), purity (%) and yield (%) respond.
