Antibody Engineering Simulator
Interactive antibody engineering lab: switch between IgG, Fab, scFv and nanobody formats, humanize the framework, mature CDR affinity and toggle Fc engineering to see receptor occupancy, immunogenicity risk and antibody-dependent cell killing change live on a 3D target cell.
Therapeutic antibody engineering is a set of trade-offs between size, binding strength, immunogenicity and effector function. This simulator visualizes a population of engineered antibodies diffusing around a target cell studded with surface antigen: choose a format (full IgG, Fab, scFv or nanobody), humanize the framework, mature the CDR affinity with a slider, and switch on engineered Fc effector function to watch receptor occupancy rise and, for a bivalent IgG, NK effector cells dock and clear bound receptors in real time.
