Each organ system in a developing embryo has its own narrow window of peak vulnerability to teratogens — chemicals, drugs, infections or radiation that disrupt normal development. This simulator renders a stylized 3D embryo with eight organ systems (brain, heart, eyes, ears, arms, legs, palate, external genitalia), each carrying a real susceptibility curve derived from classic teratology timing charts. Scrub through gestational weeks 3–38 or press play to watch each organ's window open and close, mark a teratogen exposure at any week to see exactly which organs were caught in their critical period, and track a running cumulative-risk score across multiple marked exposures.
